How to know Jesus and the
hope of eternal life

First, read these Bible passages
~
since all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God;
(Romans 3:23)
~
For the wages of sin is death,
(Romans 6:23a)
~
but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus
our Lord.
(Romans 6:23b)
~
But God proves his love for us in that while we
still were sinners
Christ died for us.
(Romans 5:8)
~
For, Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord
shall be saved.
(Romans 10:13)
~
if you confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord
and believe in your heart that God raised him from
the dead, you will be saved.
(Romans 10:9)
~
I appeal to you therefore, brothers and sisters,
by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as
a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which
is your spiritual worship. (2) Do not be conformed to
this world, but be transformed by the renewing of
your minds, so that you may discern what is the will
of Godwhat is good and acceptable and perfect.
(Romans 12:1-2)
~
Next, if YOU choose to believe the truth of
these Bible passages, you may ask God
to forgive your sins, and to give you
new life in Christ.
Here is a prayer . . .
~
Prayer
"Gracious God, you are the Creator of heaven and
earth. You created me, but, I have not lived as though
you were my Creator and God. I have lived according
to my  will for my life. I have sinned against you God.
But now God I see my wrong and I make this decision
to turn from my own self-centered life, to the life you
have for me in Jesus Christ. By your grace God, forgive
my sins and cleanse me from all unrighteousness.
Heavenly Father, fill me with your Holy Spirit
and make me a new creation in Christ Jesus.
Precious loving Father, thank you for giving me a
new identity as your Beloved Child, with whom you
are delighted and upon whom your favor rest. Amen"

NOW, if you prayed this prayer with a sincere
heart, you are a Christian. It is important to be
a part of a fellowship of believers, to help you
grow to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus.
